Responsibilities

  • Build potential candidates’ journeys: outreach, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recruiting.
  • Take over job postings, activate searches on hiring forums and social media platforms for different job titles and job types, and help with creating job alerts.
  • Screen potential employees’ resumes, go through their application forms and figure out the most suitable candidates for a vacancy. Avoid any biases in the processes, such as past experience, sexual orientation, and gender identity biases, among others, to ensure the company remains an equal opportunity employer
  • Support talent pool data management and ensure the information of data is always up-to-date and provide effective reporting when necessary.
  • Drive employee engagement: plan and execute company events and engagement activities.
  • Maintain employee records and employment-related documents.
  • Assist day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office.
  • Ad-hoc assignment by the Management as and when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, intermediate skills in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to work successfully with the team, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
  • Good team player, positive attitude, motivated, and eager to learn

Senior Sales Engineer

This ideal candidate to find, contact, and follow-up with prospective clients. Once they discover the client’s needs, they will discuss our product’s technological capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients.

Responsibilities

  • To strategize and plan core product marketing and development.
  • Identify vertical and horizontal market analysis and build market penetration strategy.
  • Product competition research and analysis for price points, engineering and technical differences.
  • Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations.
  • Find and maintain prospective clients and provide general technical support to clients.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Science & Technology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English. Mandarin (would be an advantage)
  • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Engineering – Electrical or equivalent. However, fresh graduate are encouraged to apply for this position.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

  • Managing and in charge of business development, strategy, building new capabilities, project tenders and management in process instrumentation, control, thermal solutions, electrical and automation.
  • Leading a lean team of engineers to scale in project pipeline and execution/commissioning

Requirements and criteria for a good fit:

  • Has minimum 2-year experience in engineering, technical, project tender, commercial, project management, commissioning background.
  • Exhibited culture of excellence and being results focused.
  • Displayed ability to perform independently and also achieving results being a team player.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
